Resumen
This degree work was developed in order to identify and classify errors and trigonometry difficulties presented by sophomores , specifically addressing problem situations solving triangles, using a methodology of qualitative analysis , passing through the stages of research , problem identification, design, validation , application , collection and analysis of results , the basis for categorization and subsequent analysis of errors and difficulties encountered . For analysis of the results was used one of the curriculum organizers posed Socas (1997 ) difficulties , obstacles and errors in learning mathematics in secondary education , which allowed us to identify the source of the errors, raise new categories and finally conclude what are the main errors and difficulties presented by students to solve problems of this type.
