Abstract

This work is oriented to the design of a management system through the guidelines of the PMI Guide and value management, proposing a design that serves support for organizations engaged in the provision of engineering services telecommunications typology Green Field seeking to optimize the achievement and review of projects starting with a literature review associated with the design or successful implementations. Using the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), a guide that provides the tools and defines the lifecycle of a project and its processes initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure, which standardizes processes organizations in the project area by aligning the organizational structure with the objectives to be achieved in its implementation, based on the structuring of a procedure for the project area and the design of formats for the registration of activities carried out at each stage for the achievement of the objectives and customer satisfaction taking into account scope, time and cost.
