Diagnóstico de Factores de Riesgo Psicosocial para el Call Center de Banco Davivienda

Abstract

The objective of this work is the diagnosis of psychosocial risk factors present in the staff of the Call Center of Banco Davivienda, since it is an important area for the organization, being of great interest to identify if they are exposed to risks that may affect their physical health , mental and his work performance. To carry out the diagnosis, the instrument currently validated by Colombian legislation will be applied in the identification of psychosocial risk factors within and outside of work and levels of stress in workers. According to the information obtained, an intervention proposal will be generated, which will allow monitoring and control of the evidence in the diagnosis.
