Diseño metodológico del sistema de gestión de calidad conforme a los requisitos de la Norma ISO 9001:2015 en Publiservicios SA ESP

Abstract

During the development of the internship in PUBLISERVICIOS S.A. E.S.P, a methodological design of a quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 was built. In order to achieve that, an operational diagnosis was carried out, revealing that only 13% of ISO requirements were satisfied at the date of beginning of the internship. Processes of the organization were identified, characterized, and validated using a joint methodology of interviews to workers and managers, for the sake of finding out how they performed their functions, therefore deducting the processes. Other elements of a quality management system, such as internal auditing program or management review procedure were designed suited to the organization’s context, allowing monitoring of customer requirements compliance. Lastly, the designed processes were validated, as well as their procedures, in order to achieve all of the project’s objectives.
