Resumen
The report analyzes the contribution of volunteering in the "Viva la Escuela" program of the Ministry of National Education, aimed at strengthening education in the Educational Institution "Héctor Julio Rangel Quintero" , especially in the rural headquarters "La Puerta" in Floresta. This program, supported by the "Escuela Nueva" pedagogical model, seeks to understand the socio-cultural, economic and academic context of Floresta in order to address its specific needs. The role of the volunteer is highlighted, who, as a physics teacher, actively participates in the training of students and uses evaluation tools, such as "Evaluate to Advance", to measure the impact of the program on the educational process. The report concludes with reflections and recommendations to enhance the positive impact of this educational initiative in the Floresta community.
