Resumen
This monograph proposes a management model for the effective and sustainable implementation of the Institutional Policy of Inclusive and Accessible Higher Education at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, articulated with the Integrated University Management System (SIGUD) under the guidelines of the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG). The model comprises four methodological phases—document analysis, diagnosis, design, and control mechanisms—and is operationalized through an Inclusion Management Subsystem structured into five functional components aligned with institutional processes. The proposal focuses on three key strategies: ensuring physical, technological, and academic accessibility; fostering an institutional culture grounded in diversity and inclusion; and strengthening the monitoring and analysis of inclusive management. Finally, evaluation indicators are defined to ensure continuous improvement and consolidate an equitable, diverse, and accessible university.
