Resumen
A system is created for the evaluation of Triage of the users in the emergency room, implemented for the health secretariat, carried out and configured in the Technological Faculty of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, for the electronic technology project. One of the main drawbacks when making the first evaluations and diagnoses of patients in the emergency room is the waiting time to which they must submit. Due to different factors, such as the great congestion that occurs in the halls, inadequate care space, insufficient medical and nursing personnel, or patients with minor problems that hinder the timely care of patients in severe or severe conditions, the work of the diagnosis and triage can be affected. In addition, human errors committed by the personnel in charge of determining the user's level of urgency must be taken into account. For this purpose, a prototype of evaluation of the critical conditions of the patient such as weight, temperature, oximetry, heart rate is designed, thus determining the level of triage in which it is located, this prototype has systems for measurement of oxygenation and heart rate, as well as measurement of variables such as weight and body temperature, ruling these conditions of the user. Likewise sending these variables that can be consulted later, it was concluded that the measurements of pulse and oximetry were reliable, but in terms of weight the use of more gauges would improve the accuracy of this and as for the temperature sensor it is important to take into account the part of the body in which it is placed in order to have a more reliable measurement.
