Abstract

The present research – creation, seeks to make visible the perception that 14 people who currently work at the Champagnat school in Bogotá have in terms of their contribution to the training of boys, girls and adolescents, as well. To contribute significantly to the construction of community through their work, but more importantly through their interaction as people with a story to tell and who, for various reasons, including self-perception and the organization itself, become invisible, however; Through a pilot therapeutic intervention they discovered their human composition and ventured to believe that they can improve, that they can contribute and that they are an important part in the construction of society. As a result, a booklet called: Carry-on luggage: Essential resources for the journey of life will be presented, where the workshops that were designed one by one will be recorded taking into account the progress, contribution and evaluation of the population chosen to know, develop and strengthen ten of the life skills proposed by the OMS.
