dc.description	El presente trabajo determina la necesidad del desarrollo de productos innovadores que satisfagan los requerimientos de la población con discapacidad, para lo cual se plantea el diseño de dos bastones inteligentes que basan su funcionamiento en la utilización de sensores y un sistema de control electrónico. El documento inicia indicando los antecedentes de la situación problémica y el diagnóstico de la población objeto como base para la realización del estudio de mercado que permite definir la demanda cualitativa y cuantitativa para el proyecto; a partir de las características de la demanda se realiza un estudio técnico que genera el diseño de los dos bastones inteligentes, así como el diseño del proceso productivo de los mismos, la tecnología requerida y el dimensionamiento de la planta.
