Resumen
Objective: establish a methodological map for organizations in the creative sector related to the implementation of digital transformation strategies, considering the requirements of the sector and particular characteristics of the organization. Methodology: The study had the following phases: i) search in the scopus, science direct, springer databases and in the Google academic bibliography search engine through search equations related to terms of digital transformation, companies in the medium sector and industry 4.0 ; ii) identification of the pillars of industry 4.0 and their relationship with digital transformation and characterization of middle market industries and creative industries; iii) review of gray literature iv) design of the digital transformation Methodology proposal Results: The digital transformation methodology proposal for the industry of the middle market is made up of ten (10) phases or stages which are described in a way that arises in the present investigation, after the adjustment made in the panel of experts. Conclusions: The proposed digital transformation methodology is designed to be adopted by organizations in the creative industry, since it is conceived from its characteristics and changes in the environment of the middle sector.
