Gestión administrativa en el proceso de contratación: caso Independiente Santa Fe

Abstract

This document presents the results obtained by analyzing the contracting processes of the company Independiente Santa Fe, located in Bogotá, and dedicated to activities related to sports clubs. To address this analysis, a recognition of the current hiring processes was carried out, in order to generate a diagnosis of the current situation of Santa Fe. The recognition was made from the information collected in the Administrative office of the club and had the following tools : Review of documentation, observation/directed questions and a questionnaire. From the recognition it was obtained that there is good information related to the process, since there is accurate documentation and there is a systematized, formal and efficient process. However, there are no indicators or measurement metrics that allow monitoring to achieve continuous improvement, which is why the recommendations and conclusions are aimed at improving this shortcoming.
