Developing a reflective exercise around pedagogical practice is crucial, as it is clear that a non-reflective practice causes routine, exhaustion and lack of motivation, both in the teacher and in students. The reflective exercise around what we do discloses who we are as teaching professionals. It is precisely for this reason that the reflective exercise becomes significant in the current study, whose main objective is to strengthen pedagogical practice, based on components emerged from the reflective exercise on the action around the experience working in the classroom project “COSMOS” (2nd B Grade, Los Astroamigos - IPARM U.N.). To carry out this reflective exercise, the importance of considering Action Research- reflection as the appropriate methodological framework is raised. Since it is presented as an alternative and opportunity to go beyond the descriptive and interpretative exercise, by revealing the meanings that lie beneath the practice and understanding the actions that tend to be naturalized by the lack of reflection, shedding light on the pedagogical knowledge built and improving the work developed with the classroom projects.
