From the National Plan of Music for Coexistence (PNMC), the Ministry of Culture has been strengthening the pedagogical work of municipal music schools, through different guidelines for musical training. Specifically, since 2014 the guidelines for musical training have been developed at the levels of initiation, basic, medium and cultural dialogues. As these guidelines have been published, they have also been socialized through graduates organized and coordinated by the Ministry of Culture. To date, the Ministry managed to give life to four guidelines and also to four graduates, to whom the teachers of the municipal schools were invited to socialize with them the path and the methodologies proposed in the guidelines.
The present degree work will be given to the task of describing the activities developed in the last diploma made in 2018, which is called “Diploma in advanced level musical training: Creative dialogues”. This diploma focused on the development of knowledge dialogues between different musical practices, taking into account the different cultural logics of both the music itself and the participating population. The data collected in the three meetings of the diploma subject to the analysis based on questions developed since the previous investigations.
