Resumen
LEO macro-project's main objective is that students understand and adopt the study of language and language as a way to improve the understanding of self and others, which have as result transform the own reality and that of others.
Orality being fundamental part of the LEO project is also the main reason why educational institutions found in the renewal and improvement plan, since it is from these institutions that deep cultural changes are generated. That is, a perceived interest in the institutions, to develop the discursive capacity of students as the oral expression promotes personal development and construction of social identity. For this reason it is that this document is emphasized in this basic skill, because we consider it a fundamental part of the learning process of students and therefore should be implemented from the initial cycle.
