Plan de saneamiento básico para la Panaderia Brisas del Trigo

Abstract

This project was based on the design of Basic Sanitation Plan for Bakery “Brisas del Trigo”, which didn’t comply with the current legislation According to the Ministry of Health of Bogota. A diagnosis for realization was based on the inspection of Surveillance and Control of a sanitary and storage of food and beverage elaborated by the Ministry of Health of Bogota. The basis of this work is on the Resolution 2674 of 2013 and consists on the Program of cleaning and disinfection Program Pest Control, the Solid Waste Program and a Training Where there made it know the PSB, its importance and how they must be filled the Checklists. The purpose of this project is to achieve the bakery “Brisas del Trigo” with the Implementation of this PSB produce quality products and turn innocuous that meet the requirements of current legislation.
