La lectura de imágenes digitales en la escuela: Propuesta pedagógica para la lectura crítica de la imagen en la primera infancia

Resumen
The research proposal to be addressed in this document aims to develop a pedagogical proposal from the humanities and language for the critical reading of digital images in early childhood in children of the kindergarten Liceo Infantil Mi Nuevo Mundo Encantado. For this purpose, Action Research was chosen, with the participation of 18 students and 3 teachers of the institution. By means of the field diary, the semi-structured interview, the execution of two objective tests and direct observation, an analysis of the information collected was carried out by means of data triangulation. The results determined certain advances in relation to a connotative reading of the digital image in the students, which strengthened their comprehension, interpretation and evaluation skills regarding the reading strategies provided. It is concluded the importance of working the digital image in the classroom as a tool for emancipation and empowerment in relation to the contents consumed in various media.
