Resumen
The research project was developed in the research line Nature, memory and power of the degree in Children's Pedagogy. This was carried out with boys and girls in 2nd and 3rd grade at the Republic of the United States of America I.E.D school in Bogotá. And it seeks to resignify the conceptions that boys and girls establish with nature, it is specific with insects, through the construction of scientific school knowledge, mediated by three skills such as observation, the construction of explanatory models and communication . This research proposes that children be protagonists in the construction of knowledge, through experience and direct contact with insects, so that they can know, admire and learn from them, thus transforming their perception of them and developing a critical attitude, empathetic and responsible with the environment and the immediate context.
