Resumen
Ronda S.A. within its restructuring has become a business group where each company has the autonomy for decision making and the responsibility to show up to the market for development and work with new clients. Within this business group is Unitoys Colombia, a company that opened to the market not only in the distribution and marketing of products, but also decided to give value to the ideas of its collaborators, generating a space for the creation and development of projects. Since this business unit is growing, it was necessary to structure the Project Management Office to give an order and some development procedures to the projects; this was achieved through the creation of a "hybrid" of different methodologies of evaluation, structuring and development of projects based on the PMO methodology.
