Abstract

The objective of this work is to design a Knowledge Management System (KMS) for project managers in the innovation area of an IT company, aimed at optimizing the capture, storage, updating, and utilization of key knowledge during project execution. Based on surveys and interviews with experts, the current needs and tools were identified, which informed the creation of detailed workflows for capturing lessons learned, version management, and system usage measurement. The KMS seeks to enhance the technological maturity of the innovation area by facilitating knowledge transfer and improving efficiency in project management. The final phase will involve selecting experts to conduct a validation assessment of the system, ensuring its alignment with the needs of the innovation area.
