Abstract

Silent monsters of child sexual abuse. "Ecos", a hyper-artbook for parents and caregivers, is the result of a literary creative process, in which different artistic languages such as the visual arts, music and the performing arts are merged to narrate the stories hidden behind the veil of silence. This research-creation project emerges as a cathartic expression of the author's experiences, but it rises beyond to become a means of dialogue with the victims of this scourge who, unfortunately, are added daily in Colombia. This hyper-artbook is nourished by elements of monstrosity and tropical gothic, while using interactive and technological elements to provide an immersive experience to the reader, which provokes reflection on this problem, to generate safer environments for the childhood.
