Abstract

What this study is looking for is to show if the sectorial technical norms NTS I 01 and NTS I 02 in the last nine (9) years since they were approved by the Sectoral Technical Council for Standardization CTSN with the endorsement of ICONTEC and since they went out to disclosure and distribution in the year 2009; with approximately three (3) years of technical study in their respective constructions in the 224 committee that is currently called "Valuation of Real Estate" coordinated by the USN-AVSA, accompanied and supervised by the Colombian Standards Organization ICONTEC, they have been useful, functional and if they are being received in the valuation sector for the preparation of their valuation reports in Colombia for the urban and rural specialties after their respective disclosure
