Resumen
This paper presents the design, installation and evaluation of a ultrasonic cleaning system, exposing the construction of each stage that makes up the prototype and specifying the selection of suitable components to the need with which the system is built, development of it is as a first step the AC/DC rectification, second is the DC/AC converter high frequency, as the third stage selection piezo transducer, and finally the model container. Recognizing the behavior in the initial design of the prototype, could identify the flaws needed for the construction of a new system for greater efficiency in the cleaning process. But to obtain a final result in a performance evaluation was performed for each of the different stages of the process with the aim of progressively ensure that each stage works correctly, by going performing tests several drawbacks were generated and performance failures in several of the steps that were solved gradually as the investigation progressed, finally coming to a close result with designed and proposed in the paper.
