Resumen
Emergencies can occur at any time and place, for this reason it is essential that organizations are prepared so that in the event of an event they have the tools to face it and thus minimize the negative impact it may bring. Considering the above and the concern of the directors of Factoria Gourmet, he proposes the design of the emergency plan for this company. In the first place, there is the theoretical, technical and legal foundation that allows having the basis to carry out the design of the emergency plan, additionally, a contextualization of the company and a description of its processes are carried out, as well as the background of emergency of this company dedicated to the participation of food. Then an analysis of threats and vulnerabilities is carried out using the color methodology, prioritizing according to the result, drawing the plans as appropriate, describing the results, and finally, presenting recommendations based on the results obtained.
