Resumen
This work addresses the integration of a mobile robot, MotionMentor, in a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) designed to develop spatial orientation skills in children aged 5 to 6 years. The proposal seeks to respond to the need for innovation in early childhood education through the use of educational technologies that promote meaningful learning adapted to the demands of today's digital environment. Through a Design-Based Research (DBR) approach, a mobile robot was developed and validated to facilitate the understanding of essential spatial concepts, improving students' motivation and interest. Preliminary results suggest that the inclusion of the robot in THA is relevant to enhance the development of spatial skills in early childhood, with the support and validation of experts in the field.
