Apoyo al proyecto de implementación de la Norma de Gestión de la Calidad NTC ISO 9001:2015 en su fase de planificación, para la empresa PSA Consultores S.A.S.

Abstract

This document is a sample of the work done as an intern at PSA Consultores S.A.S., in support of the implementation process of the Quality Management Standard NTC ISO 9001:2015, in the planning phase of the Quality Management System in accordance with paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the standard. To carry out this work, a series of activities were carried out to develop the planning of the Quality Management System (QMS), and to generate the necessary documentation to continue with the implementation process. All the information related to the company's organization was collected, identifying the areas within the company. This was done in order to establish the quality policy and objectives, determine leadership, roles and responsibilities, and draw up the organization's process map.
