Resumen
The present report descriptively and reflectively presents the experience of a pedagogical internship at the rural Buenos Aires School, Los Rosales Campus, in the department of La Guajira, Colombia. Methodologically, it aligns with the institutional approach of the dialogic learning model proposed by the *¡Viva La Escuela! * program, led by the National Ministry of Education (MEN) and the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI). This model aims to implement Successful Educational Actions such as dialogic gatherings, tutored libraries, and interactive groups to reduce educational gaps that hinder children's learning in the region. Alongside these descriptions, the report offers an ethical and political proposal that views creative expression as an optimal pedagogical strategy to enhance the socio-emotional well-being of children while restoring the central role of the school within the rural community. **
