At present, carrying out labor mobility abroad constitutes an opportunity for the professional who takes on this challenge, it is becoming increasingly relevant to acquire new skills and competencies to be competitive professionals, in addition to being at the forefront of the challenges that the globalization, which is why the search for job opportunities within a geographic space such as the Pacific Alliance must consider different institutions, procedures and procedures in the country chosen for this experience. Making the decision to carry out labor mobility is a task that must be accompanied by information regarding the change of location and today there is no source of information where the individual can obtain advice on legal aspects, cultural changes that they will experience, opportunities to advance in the professional career and the economic environment, which allow you to have a better transition in this process. Due to the aforementioned, this research seeks to design a management instrument in order to provide the individual with clear and concise information about labor mobility in the partner countries that allows them to see a general panorama of the different legal procedures and cultural aspects for the election of the country that best suits the work and personal aspirations that you want to achieve with this experience.
