Resumen
This research work was developed in the school context, a pedagogical proposal was designed and implemented to demonstrate how the dialogic pedagogy strengthened the interpersonal relationships of the students of the 303 JM course of the Antonio Nariño school and improved school coexistence. Since, in the interactions the students learn to solve conflicts through dialogue and negotiation, managing to understand and accept the differences of the other, building a peaceful coexistence that is manifested in the social and cultural context. In order to develop it, the theoretical frame of reference will be considered as a framework of reference for studies and theories of authors such as: Howard Gardner (2001), Martin Buber (1984), Julián de Zubiria (2006) and Juan Torrego (2003). This research was carried out by applying a system of analysis based on the triangulation guidelines of qualitative research, and takes up aspects of Educational Action Research (Elliot J. 2000) and project-based pedagogy (Pérez, M. and Rincón, G. 2009).
