Resumen
The development of industrial, agricultural and mining activities added to the increase of vehicles, mainly, in areas of expansion and urban development, has generated a negative alteration in the air resource; which leads to damage to the environment and health. For this reason, the purpose of this project is the determination of technical and environmental guidelines for the incorporation of areas of high air pollution in the regulation of industrial uses and the Land use plans of the f the Bogotá - Cundinamarca metropolitan region. Initially, a bibliographic research system was proposed in order to determine what criteria have been considered in Colombia and in the world for the inclusion of air pollution in land use plans, followed by an analysis of historical data obtained from SISAIRE using python and R to determine source areas of contamination (zones or regions that, due to hosting multiple emission sources, are considered as an area that generates air polluting substances) in accordance with the provisions of Decrete 1076 of 2015. The stations Nemocón, Sibaté - Los Sauces, Funza - Sisbén, Mosquera - Villa deportiva, Soacha - Hospital and Sopó - Briceño were identified as high source areas of contamination for the PM10 pollutant in 2017, while for the SDA jurisdiction, the Carvajal – Sevillana and Kennedy stations were identified as source areas of contamination. For the PM2.5 pollutant, the areas near the Carvajal – Sevillana and Kennedy monitoring stations were identified as high source areas of contamination. Finally, technical and environmental guidelines were proposed, which provide a roadmap for decision makers and government institutions in order to take into account air quality as a determinant when making territorial planning plans.
