Abstract

In the development of this project, the design and implementation of a risk-based maintenance plan is carried out, for the auxiliary equipment found in a company belonging to the health sector; with auxiliary equipment, reference is made to those who, although they are not specialized for health use if they are in a headquarters that provides this type of services such as an elevator, power plant, among others; This maintenance plan is based on the risk analysis performed for each of the equipment in different aspects such as the operational one, the associated costs that they may have and the image, as well as the frequency with which they may present a fault. . Once the results of the risk analysis are available, a series of solutions and maintenance routines are proposed in order to minimize the risk and avoid or mitigate to the maximum the failures presented by the equipment.
