Resumen
Corporate well-being has become a fundamental pillar for the success of today’s organizations. Healthy and happy employees tend to be more productive and loyal, which positively impacts companies’ competitiveness. However, many organizations face challenges when implementing effective well-being programs, such as a lack of proper methodologies, resistance to change, limited involvement from senior management, and the absence of metrics to evaluate results. Poor execution of these initiatives can harm employees’ health and deteriorate the work environment, increasing absenteeism and reducing operational efficiency. In a competitive market, companies that ignore their workers’ well-being struggle to retain talent and maintain a good reputation. It is essential to adopt strategies that overcome barriers, fostering an organizational well-being culture, engaging employees and leaders, and establishing measures to assess the impact of these programs. This study aims to analyze successful practices and provide data-driven recommendations for developing sustainable well-being programs aligned with companies’ strategic goals.
