Resumen
In this business plan project, a company is created that manages the transit of bi-users in the city of Bogotá, to guarantee the use of bicycles as a safer means of transport. In this case, the current perception of insecurity presented by the citizens of the capital who, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, decide to mobilize in this vehicle, is taken as a reference. To reach the objective proposed in this business plan, a functional prototype was developed that performs the mapping of optimal routes from a point of origin to a destination point, prioritizing the use of cycle lanes by the user to avoid accident problems, generates information points for destinations, cycle parks, areas of high contagion and insecurity and modules for citizen participation in local mobility. For this, each aspect involved in the needs of the Bogota cyclist today was analyzed, in order to seek solutions through the proposed application. Regarding the business process of the business plan, the CANVAS model was used as the fundamental axis of the proposed traffic management company, giving it added values of competition in the market and reliability in the service offered. Regarding the relationship between the company and the engineering project focused on the aforementioned case study, the Software as a Service model was used, which allows direct interaction with the data involved in the traffic of bi-users in the city. The results were gratifying because the system created through the web application guarantees safer bi-user transit through the city. The most relevant result is presented in the social aspect since with this system the people who travel by bicycle for a work, sports or simple displacement issue in the Post COVID-19 era, are the ones who really need it.
