Apoyo técnico en el proceso de gestión predial del activo en operación del embalse tominé en el municipio de Guatavita adelantado por LDS Ingeniería y Gestión Inmobiliaria Ltda

Abstract

The Tominé reservoir is one of the main tourist attractions of the municipalities of Guatavita, Sesquilé and Guasca, which is why that the Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB) is looking to implement a regional tourist park around its 50 square km, this with the purpose of reactivating the economy of the quadrant, generating a greater concentration of tourists in the area and to raise awareness among visitors about the importance of caring for water reserves. For this project a pilot test was created which was called " polígono semilla” " within which we found 265 properties on which LDS Ingeniería y Gestión Inmobiliaria LTDA. advance the comprehensive property management with cadastral legal diagnosis of each of the properties defined within the study area, based on which will be sought the best alternative that allows the sustainability of the asset in operation of the reservoir and the development of new projects that may arise in their surroundings. Therefore, the GEB through LDS, seeks to update the technical-cadastral, legal and property status of all properties identified within polígono semilla and where necessary to perform the appropriate sanitation, to avoid putting at risk the completion or subsequent continuity of the project; this is why LDS Ingeniería has placed the cadastral work in the hands of a cadastral and geodesy engineering student, so that he can perform all the knowledge acquired in the academy and in this way obtain the best results both for the project and for growth student's professional.
