dc.description	Este trabajo se propone como objetivo, comprender cómo se generan las prácticas docentes y artísticas en el semillero que desarrolla la autora en tanto docente del Colegio Técnico Tomás Rueda Vargas, y sobre cómo estas propician espacios donde los estudiantes se construyen como sujetos que indagan, se empoderan de su entorno y de su rol en la sociedad. Se ha llevado a cabo describiendo las motivaciones particulares de ser educadora y su articulación con creaciones de espacios alternativos, en los que se involucran procesos creativos. A continuación se analizan las relaciones y participaciones que se generan en los integrantes del semillero Pazarte: Arte, Memoria y Conflicto. Después del análisis de las prácticas a partir del estar y de las producciones estéticas, se puede ver que aquí se configuran procesos de creación alternativos que dan apertura a espacios sensibles que, a su vez, ayudan a configurar sujetos empoderados de sus procesos y de su contexto.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This work presents an insight on the author teaching practices as a Tomas Rueda Vargas Technical School art teacher, and how the students build spaces where they discover themselves as subjects that inquiry and empower themselves and their role in society. It has been carried out describing the particular motivations of being an educator and its articulation with creation of alternative spaces, which involved creative processes; also analyzing the relationships and involvements generated in the members of the Pazarte seedbed project: Art, Memory and Conflict. After the practices analysis based on To Be On and on the aesthetic productions, it can be seen that these configured alternative creation processes here, open up sensitive spaces that help to build empowered subjects of their processes and their context.	spa
