Resumen
This research analyzes the challenges and opportunities in managing the Individual Plan of Reasonable Adjustments (PIAR) within the context of inclusive education, taking as a case study the Colegio Psicopedagógico Villaverde, located in the locality of Usme, Bogotá. Using a qualitative and descriptive approach, it seeks to understand how academic management influences the effectiveness of the PIAR as an instrument to guarantee the right to education for students with disabilities or special educational needs. The study highlights tensions between current regulations and institutional practices, revealing limitations in teacher training, institutional coordination, and inclusive culture. However, it also identifies opportunities for strengthening through pedagogical leadership, technological innovation, and continuous professional development. Among the main contributions, the study proposes an institutional strengthening plan and the design of a digital application prototype to facilitate the traceability, monitoring, and evaluation of the PIAR, aimed at consolidating a more efficient, collaborative, and inclusive academic management.
