Resumen
The present investigation is a space that demonstrates through the children's voices the social imaginary meanings about body that have formed a second-grade children group of the Alquería de la Fragua I.E.D school, located on south west of Bogotá city. It is understood that the body is a condition and possibility of existence, that thanks to it is possible communication and subjective construction that allows children to place themselves in the world and from there build intersubjectivity processes with others in socialization spaces such as school , consequently, within the research objective, In addition to inquiring about the imaginary social meanings about of body, it is inquired about the impact that these constructions have on the interactions of children's school life.
