Abstract

This document presents the process and results of the internship conducted within the framework of the Viva la Escuela program, in its second cohort, in the municipality of Miraflores, Boyacá, at the ESC La Rusa headquarters of the Miraflores Technical Educational Institution, located in Vereda La Rusa. This is a multi-grade primary school with a single full-time teacher. The development of a teaching practice experience in rural areas mediated through artistic expressions is systematized in accordance with the successful pedagogical actions required by the program under the Ministry of National Education. In this way, pedagogical methodologies of artistic education are implemented around the New school model approach, focusing on the mediation of art in teaching-learning processes to promote awareness of the body in relation to oneself, others, and the environment, as well as the recognition of emotions and free expression.
