Prototipo de visor geográfico para consultar y actualizar los predios de propiedad del municipio de Floridablanca

Abstract

This project presents a prototype of a geographic viewer to consult and update the public properties of Floridablanca. The information displayed in the viewer was taken from three sources: IGAC, Territorial Arrangement Plan (POT) of the municipality of Floridablanca and the property inventory of the BIF. The development of the viewer was made in the ArcGIS platform, using tools such as ArcMap for the creation of the geodatabase, datasets, definition of domains and storage of information; ArcGIS online for the creation of the web map and finally in AppBuilder for ArcGIS for the configuration of the functionalities and publication of the viewer. The developed prototype can be executed by users anywhere through web browsers, mobile devices and desktops, guaranteeing the availability of geographic information. It also allows updating the data of the property owned by the municipality and is a support tool that clearly identifies problems regarding the ownership of public properties and strengths decision-making with issues related to territorial ordering.
