Resumen
The construction of this research work is based on the experience obtained in the educational practices developed by students in teacher training. In the planning exercise it is imperative to document to guide this process; in the first instance, the documents of Guidelines, standards and basic rights in mathematics establish guidelines for the teaching-learning process of students; In addition to this, the institution's curriculum materializes the model shown in the legal references. The lack of coherence between these documents (references and curriculum) centers the tension in this research exercise, therefore, the case study and the content analysis are research methodologies necessary to characterize this problem, as a result of which the construction of categories of analysis, arises in order to determine the degree of appropriation of legal references in the construction and / or modification of the curriculum of this institution.
