dc.description | Este proyecto desarrolla un dashboard para Coca-Cola FEMSA, planta Manantial de agua embotellada, con el propósito de visualizar y analizar los indicadores de gestión de mantenimiento. Los indicadores principales incluyen costos de mantenimiento, valor de almacén de mantenimiento e indicadores de mantenimiento por paros de equipos. Se realizó una definición detallada de los indicadores, su impacto y relevancia en la gestión de mantenimiento. Para la extracción de datos, se emplea SAP, utilizando SAP GUI Scripting para automatizar la ejecución de tres transacciones clave. Los datos extraídos se procesan mediante Python y Pandas, permitiendo la integración de la información y la generación del dashboard final. Este desarrollo facilita la toma de decisiones basada en datos, optimizando el análisis de los indicadores y mejorando la eficiencia en la gestión de mantenimiento de la planta. | |
dc.description.abstract | This project focuses on the development of a dashboard for Coca-Cola FEMSA, Manantial bottled water plant, aimed at visualizing and analyzing maintenance management indicators. The key indicators include maintenance costs, maintenance warehouse value, and equipment downtime maintenance indicators. The indicators were carefully defined, assessing their impact and relevance in maintenance management. Data extraction is performed using SAP, leveraging SAP GUI Scripting to automate the execution of three key transactions. The extracted data is then processed using Python and Pandas, integrating the information to generate the final dashboard. This development enhances data-driven decision-making, optimizing the analysis of key indicators and improving maintenance management efficiency within the plant. | |
