Desarrollo de un dashboard para la visualización de indicadores de gestión de mantenimiento de una línea de producción de agua embotellada

Abstract

This project focuses on the development of a dashboard for Coca-Cola FEMSA, Manantial bottled water plant, aimed at visualizing and analyzing maintenance management indicators. The key indicators include maintenance costs, maintenance warehouse value, and equipment downtime maintenance indicators. The indicators were carefully defined, assessing their impact and relevance in maintenance management. Data extraction is performed using SAP, leveraging SAP GUI Scripting to automate the execution of three key transactions. The extracted data is then processed using Python and Pandas, integrating the information to generate the final dashboard. This development enhances data-driven decision-making, optimizing the analysis of key indicators and improving maintenance management efficiency within the plant.
