Resumen
This document presents a system for the assembly of an electric bus frame, which allows its parameters to be adjusted or varied considering the specific needs of the frame design. In addition, it adapts to the production of frames with different sizes and shapes, which makes it versatile and adaptable to different projects. Considering that there is no adequate device or fastening system for the correct assembly of an electric bus frame (structure), which guarantees its quality and resistance, which contributes to the safety, stability of the vehicle, as well as integrating with different components such as suspension, batteries, motors, etc. The methodology implemented for the design of this device began with identifying and defining the technical and design requirements of the device, starting from the geometry of the modules that make up the frame, the size and shape, the location of the fastening points, giving way to the conceptualization of designs that allow the established requirements to be met. Finally, a detailed design was carried out using computer-aided design (CAD) software tools to generate 3D and 2D models. In addition, the appropriate materials were selected and simulation tests and finite element analysis were carried out to ensure that the device meets the established requirements for strength and durability. As a result, the plans for the mechanism and materials required for the development of the device were obtained, which is an innovative technological solution that speeds up and improves the assembly process of the frame for electric buses, allowing the production of more efficient and sustainable vehicles.
