Resumen
The following report collects the experience by the internship "Qualification strategy research and teaching innovation knowledge communities of knowledge and pedagogical practice" made with the Institute for Educational Research and Pedagogical Development (IDEP), and describes the different activities that merge research with the pedagogical experiences of different teachers in Bogotá, who propose and develop innovative strategies for the construction of knowledge, and critical citizens capable of transforming the city from educational alternatives. On the other hand, it is also possible to make a look at educational alternatives from the rural sector, which nurtures experiences in the city, highlighting the role of education in the processes of social cohesion and community building.
