Modelo basado en Ingeniería Kansei para el diseño de ambientes laborales en pymes de la región Bogotá área-metropolitana

Abstract

Work environments in SMEs are fundamental for the success of this type of organization, a positive and healthy environment promotes productivity, retains talent, stimulates innovation and improves the image of the organization. In this context, it is crucial to provide favorable conditions that promote the commitment, collaboration and well-being of employees, for this reason, through this project, it is proposed to design and develop a model of work environments based on the methodology of the Kansei Engineering in SMEs in the Bogotá Metropolitan Area region, which takes into account the emotional needs of employees in order to generate workspaces that are pleasant, motivating, emotionally healthy and that have a positive impact on the achievement of organizational objectives.
