Resumen
This entrepreneurship project aims to design a business plan for YAMRO Marroquin, focusing on its viability in the Bogotá market. The methodology used was quantitative and included an exhaustive market analysis, where the needs and preferences of consumers were evaluated, along with a SWOT analysis that identified the company's strengths and weaknesses. Key segments were defined, such as young people, young adults, and environmentally conscious consumers seeking functional and sustainable leather goods. The technical study detailed the company’s product line, which includes items made from vegetable leather, and financial projections were developed, estimating an initial investment of 46,500,000 and projected annual revenue of 600,000,000. The financial analysis indicates that YAMRO can reach the break-even point by selling 7,000 units annually, with a profitability of 30% and an attractive return on investment of 387%. In conclusion, the business plan demonstrates that YAMRO has significant potential in the Bogotá leather goods market, with appropriate marketing and management strategies that will enable it to stand out and ensure its sustainability over time.
