Resumen
This work is the result of an analysis that systematizes the regulations and advances in educational practice in the period 2019-2021, in dialogue with my teacher training. Based on this analysis, I have considered the importance of connecting the findings with my own experience to give greater depth and relevance to the reflection process. Based on regulations such as Agreement No. 041 issued by the academic council of the Francisco Jose de Caldas District University and Resolution 18583 issued by the Ministry of National Education, I will address how these policies have influenced my training, always highlighting the importance of critical reflection and the importance of practical application in real educational contexts. This document reflects how these regulations have especially shaped my development as a future educator, preparing me to face the different challenges of education.
