Abstract

This project presents the design and implementation of a digital tool aimed at monitoring and evaluating the operational performance of field crews contracted by ACC. Based on the analysis of the operational model, established contracts, and the company’s data structure, a monitoring system was developed to assess compliance with four key performance indicators (SLAs) related to corrective and scheduled activities. The solution integrates directly with operational records in spreadsheets, enabling real-time updates and clear visualization of metrics such as response times, operational efficiency, and contract compliance. The result is a functional tool that enhances traceability, optimizes field resource supervision, and supports data-driven decision-making.
