Resumen
In the present degree work entitled “Play as a pedagogical strategy in children with difficulties in adapting to the school context. Case Study” you will find an analysis of how playful activities are a tool to facilitate the adaptation of the subject of the case with behavioral difficulties in the school environment. It also argues how the child faces unique realities that influence his learning process, which represents a significant challenge for educators and the subject's surrounding reality, which has led to disruptive behaviors and a problematic relationship with peers and teachers. It also highlights the importance of continuous observation that allows understanding of the individual needs of the child, leaving aside the adult-centric view, making visible the immediate needs of the child to implement effective strategies that promote their integration and active participation in the classroom. To respond to this situation, it implements a playful pedagogical proposal, to facilitate the adaptation of the subject in the school environment. This proposal is based on relevant educational theories, such as those of Vygotsky, emphasizing the importance of social interaction in the learning and emotional development of the child. Finally, the document concludes with the pedagogical reflections reached by the author after the intervention and accompaniment of the subject in the different spaces of socialization.
