Resumen
This study describes how third grade parents, students and teachers from a public school of Bogotá are educated as digital citizens through the design, use and appropriation of the Camicreando web page.
The theoretical concepts that support this research in the communication and education field are: cibercultura, critical thought, communicative ecosystems, communication education, and so forth. Here it is shown how the group of students was literated digitally and how the community is empowered being them; actors and protagonists who lead and manage the page and its contents.
It was stablished the acceptance and appropriation of the web page, being it recognized as a tool that mediate the knowledge at the school letting they get out of its boundaries and eliminating the hierarchical knowledge.
