Desarrollo de una Solución de Software para el Proceso de Gestión de Nómina de Docentes de Planta en la Universidad Distrital

Abstract

In the present work of degree a software solution was developed that allows the management of the processes related to the payroll of connected plant teachers in the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, following the guidelines of development established by OAS ( Universidad Distrital) and based on the Scrum methodology, taking into account stages of analysis, development, implementation and revision of the corresponding module in the TITAN system. The purpose, the calculation of accruals and discounts corresponding to the teachers of plant with a contractual link with the university. Taking into account previous analyzes, the data model is unified so that it is valid in the different payroll modules and, subsequently, the process for calculating the amounts to be paid to the teachers, by means of a knowledge base specified in Business rules. A prototype was developed, which allows the visualization of the corresponding payroll process, comparing the results with the current settlement process (Oracle database). After completing the development of the module with a functional prototype, it was evident that it is possible to systematize the payroll process considerably, providing a great improvement that contributes to the production performance and execution of the university.
